Sandlot Programs
At Sandlot, we provide hands-on training and guidance by trained instructors and coaches. Students learn the fundamentals of baseball and softball using simple drills and visual / tactile learning systems. Our training programs use drills and exercises designed to increase the player's strength and speed which is beneficial in all parts of the game.

The Mental Side
At Sandlot, we realize that each student has different physical abilities and potential. By emphasizing strong foundational skills, our students enhance their physical capabilities and nurture their self-esteem through self-improvement.
